How about getting Lap band surgery around the stomach!?!? Just an IDEAWww@Enter-QA@Com

Yeah, if you don't lead a healthy lifestyle!. If you get a tummy tuck, and keep eating and not excercising, you will gain back all that weight!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

yesWww@Enter-QA@Com

ya, if you dont work to keep it off!. if you get one weight just wont magically stay off it just gets rid of your current fat!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

why not a gastric bypass instead!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

Yes, same with liposuction!.

You have a set number of fat cells!. You can cut them out, suck them out, or remove them surgically by a tummy tuck, but you cannot lose them any other way!.

What happens is fat cells shrink with weight loss, but even if you suck 80% of your fat cells out, what people don't realize is one fat cell can grow bigger than a grapefruit!.

So, you suck out 90% of your cells, but continue to eat!. Those 10% left can enlarge to the size of what you were before, AND larger! so, yes, you can easily gain the weight back!.

also, a good plastic surgeon will not do a tuck to lose weight--only to tighten loose skin!. Otherwise, you can end up with REALLY bad scarring if done to lose weight!. It's pretty horrific!. A tuck is done AFTER you lose weight--look instead at the lap band or gastric bypass if you want to lose weight and you do not have the discipline for diet and exercise, NOT surgery to carve out weight that can easily come back!.

Diet first, surgery after, and I promise you will love the results so much more!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Yes!. If you eat too much and/or exercise too little, you can always gain weight back, however you lose it!. Fat cells can multiply!.

Your best bet, *before* the surgery, is to gradually ramp up your exercise levels!. I know you have a bad back, but a doctor should be able to refer you to a good physiotherapist who will help you *safely* get active!. Once you're very active, then your heart will be in better shape to survive the surgery!. Tummy tucks are major surgery and the fitter you are, the less danger you'll be in!.

Being fit before surgery will make it easier to recover more quickly and also make it easier to keep the weight off once it's gone!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
