Nope!. In order to win a slander suit, first you must prove the insult was a lie and, secondly, that it caused you damage such as you lost your job!.

If you can get the full real name and address of the person then you can take legal action!. My professor in college would be sick of hearing questions from us students when we ask whether we could sue this and that over this and that matter!. The answer to the "can I sue/take legal action" question is always YES!. Nobody can stop you if you want to sue, as long as you can afford it!. Of course you can take legal action against anyone, anytime and for any reason you want BUT it does not mean you will win the case!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
