It's your mind!. If I swapped yours with mine then I would become you and you would become me and then I'd start thinking stuff that would not be me and you'd start thinking stuff that's not you and maybe I would start thinking things that were the original me and they would then be part of your mind and when we swapped back I'd be part of you and you'd be part of me and so on and so forth!.
