Your question is very close to my husband's theory that we have never been to the moon!. Here's his arguement:
1!. If we went to the moon, why haven't we or any other country been back!? He says that at that time Russia was working on it and that our goverment created this ploy to make it look like we beat them to it, (since we are SUPPOSED to be the most advanced civilization on the planet)
2!. We put a man on the moon, before the invention of color television!?
3!. Supposedly the craft that carried men to the moon, was less complicated and had fewer parts than the most basic car of that time!.
4!. They would have had to have a means of launching back off the moon back into orbit to re-enter the earth's atmosphere!.
He has a few other arguements against it, some of which make want to go "Hmmmm"
