To some extent!.
I think most people who say "Yes" to that just wish they could!. The fact is that most people communicate with others in order to spread the word about something - a belief, a fact, an idea, a lifestyle, a good product, an aesthetic, etc!.
If people really and truly coud live and let live, they wouldn't put so much energy into spreading the word; into debate; into communication; into friendships, and into Yahoo Answers!. We all want to have some influence in this life!. The vast majority of us would be (and often are) frustrated when we strongly believe in an idea/style/product/etc and no-one agrees with us!. The vast majority of us need some level of validation!.
Most people who claim that they don't, are people who know that you are supposed to "live and let live", and want to seem ultra-capable and ultra-PC!.
Naturally, very few of us would actively or physically stop anyone from living a certain way!. But almost all of us will try to persuade, at some point, someone about something!.!.!. so most of us find it very tough to truly 'live and let live'!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
