!.!.!.that on Popeye the Sailor man, Popeye and Bluto were always fighting!. Popeye would always be losing until he ate spinach and then he would start winning!.

Bluto was just that tough!. Popeye was even tougher but he needed his spinach to give him the added strength to overcome the unbelievably tough Bluto!. That and the fact that it was a cartoon!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
