Ah, I wrote a story similar to that, a "divine" notebook!. The main character accidentally (she didn't know of it's power) drew herself and her friends as superheros, monsters to fight, and even her eventual death to save Earth!. The plot is her trying to stop her death, and finding out who got which powers (they're all drawn 5 years older, and some are mixed up!.!.!.the guy she falls in love with was supposed to be her Best guy friend in the notebook)
But if it was me!.!.!. probably a world without poverty, hatred, war, pain, and juding on appearance!.!.!. a perfect world!.!.!. I know it's a naive wish, but I can wish, right!?
But maybe bits of pain!. Pain can be good!. Pain takes away our innocence so we can grow!.!.!.!.

I'd draw Earth!. A big green and blue Earth!. An Earth with no poverty, and an Earth with no crime!. An Earth with no hurtful people!. A healthier Earth!.
