Hehe quite the predicament! I guess 4!. kinda answers your question!.!.!.but if you're really in need of some sleep take some Melatonin - it's a natural supplement that helps sleep and I swear by it!. The best thing is you wake up feelig really fresh with no headache at all :)
If you fancy something different you could always come over to mine (I live on a farm and the noisiest thing are the peacocks in the morning!)!.

i am sorry that is a problem!. but what you get for sleep during the day probably is low quality!. i have a method for going to sleep but it is a long written story!.
breath in thru your nose out thru your mouth
do not move accept to breath!.
breath from your stomach not your chest!.
listen as hard as you can to all the noise around you till you can hear the beating of your heart near your temples!. once you can hear the pulse!.
concentrate on the pulse slowing down!. you slow it down by counting it to 20!. with each double beat!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

turn on a fan, that should drown out the noise in a gentle fashion, if it is also the person you sleep by then elbow them enough to slightly stir them (or harder if you perfer!.!.!. after all they are keeping you from sleep) good luck!!Www@Enter-QA@Com
