Well it definately depends on who they are!. If it's a small child fighting for their life and hasnt had the chance to really live yet like say a little four year old girl thats been sick all her life then of course I would, anyway I got two!.
But if it was a creepy fourty something year old child molester!. I'd tell him to rot in hell and find a child molester kidney registry!.
I'd research about the person thatd be receiving my kidney and see if I thought they were worthy of the second chance in life!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Well, not voluntarily as such! I wouldnt go to the hospital and ask for one to be removed as a donation, but if the doctors had come to me and said that they need specifically MY organ to save a life then yes, I think I would agree!. But you can never tell until you are in that position!. I dont know for sure what I would say, there is a good chance I would run, with my arms around my back!
