Think about it, if everyone knew that there was a fatal consequence to their actions and everyone in the community would see this public hanging in the town square, don't you think that they might have second thoughts before they commit the crime!?
That's the way it was done in the old west!. They used to hang them for stealing a horse!. Now child molesters, rapist, and murderers can sit in jail and have more rights and priveleges than the victims!. Your thoughts!.!.!.!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
