Some sicko did it, I'm sure!. It was not engraved by the monument company, but by a lone individual!. I'm actually from a town only a few miles from where he lived!. The headstone is no longer in the cemetary!.!.!.!.!.it's in protective custody in the police dept!. (either state or county-don't remember which), because people kept defacing and/or stealing it!. His grave remains unmarked!. As a side note!.!.!.!.my great-grandmother used to buy eggs from him!. No meat, though, thank God!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
I think the 666 was done by vandals!. The person who did it probably thought he was the devil because of the horrible crimes this man commited or maybe hoped that by putting the 666 on the grave helped to commit him to where he belonged in the afterlife!. Hopefully he rotted in hell!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
