Today, I have a heavy heart!. Somebody who has been on Y!A for almost a year has passed away!. He was a great person and touched many hearts and lives!.

It means that i have something that is hurting me emotionally!. Maybe it's something I've said or done that I know hurt someone or it could be something that someone said or did to me!. Sometimes it can come from thinking about a loved one that has died or is just no longer a part of your life!.
Yes, I have a heavy heart!. I just read an article by Joel Osteen and he is talking about how important family is and being able to have a group you can trust even if you don't have family!.
I thought about my ex that I still miss immensely, I miss talking to him, laughing with him!.!.!.but I can't trust him, not physically or with what I have shared with him!. And my friend of 23 years who betrayed me with him!.!.not once, twice!. The same I can't trust her!. So my heart is heavy because two of the people I have cared about the most had to be moved out of the circle of family!.

To have a heavy heart is to be feeling like the weight of the world is on your shoulders!. You could feel sad, overdurdened and even depressed!.!.!.
