I have to admit that it does bug me when someone just says yes!. It's like all they're after is points!.!. I could care less about points and would rather answer a question that I know the answer to!. Seems like someone has a lot of time on their hands if all they do is answer yes or no to the questions they answer!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
The best way to avoid one-word answers is to phrase your question so that it requires more than just a "yes" or "no" answer!.!.!. for example, you could have asked "Why do people answer questions with just "YES" or "NO" and not give an explanation!?"!. Then you would have more interesting answers to read and a harder time deciding which one is the best answer!.!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
You can't seem to please people on here!. The answer is either too long or too short, too crude, not suggestive enough, not funny enough, too detailed, etc!. etc!.
