The water level of the toilet can never be higher then the top of the S bend (see the plumbing at the back of the toilet)!. So no matter how big your pee is, or how many times you pee into the toilet without flushing, the water level in your toilet bowl will always stay the same (therefore you can never fully fill it up)!.
This is because modern toilets incorporate an 'S' bend!.
Water filling up the bowl creates a high pressure area which forces the water past the S bend!. At the S bend when water starts to move, it creates a vacuum that pulls the water and waste out of the toilet!. When no more water is left then the air stops the siphon or vacuum process!. At that point the water that is going into the bowl continues to fill up the bowl to equalize the bowl and the S bend!. This ends the cycle of one flush (or one long pee)!.
However, if your toilet is blocked at the S bend, then yes, it can fill up!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

yeah, if you had to pee a lot and didnt stop then I think it would overflow!.!.!.!.but not really because when a toilet gets full to the top the water automatically flushes itself out so it wont overflow, so unless theres a clog in the toilet pipe I dont think it is possible for your pee to fill up the entire toiletWww@Enter-QA@Com
