17 pounds!. I was on an anti-depressant that gave me a lot of energy so I would walk three miles a day home from work every day!. It also helped that I didn't eat anything but salad and low-fat yogurt, and I took a trip abroad where the food was healthier!. In all I went from a size 6 to a size 4!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
The most I have lost is 65 pounds and it was the happiest moment in my life because I am overweight so I was pretty happy with myself!. It takes a lot of healthy eating and excersizing!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
