I think the guys name is Oliver something and he's talking about people bringing him gold and him giving them cash, lol its hilarious though, hes this old man and out of no where he starts singing "I am the cash man, ill give you money for your gold, oh yea, yes I'm the cash man" the funniest thing though is there are back ground dancers, these girls, lol idk the first time i seen it i was so baked n thought it was ridiculously funny, have you seen it!? :)Www@Enter-QA@Com
