Answers:
The KE3 is a "better" version of the Kelly model, its the next step up in Jackson's production lines, which should translate to better quality!. Although they are both imports, the KE3 is made in the Japan factory which has been doing work for Jackson for 20 years, the JS30KE is probably made in Indonesia or something!. I have a Pro series RR5 which has great quality workmanship!. The other reasons why the KE3 is better are: it has real Seymour Duncan pickups (which is probably the first modification most people would make to any guitar), and it has an alder body (better than whatever cheap hardwood they use on the JS30KE)!. However, the guitars are different in their setup, the KE3 has a tremolo (whammy bar), whereas the JS30KE is fixed bridge!. The JS30KE probably has more tuning stability than the KE3!. If that's not a big deal to you or you want a floyd-rose style tremolo, go for the KE3, it will be better quality!. Plus it sharkfin inlays, which are sweet!Www@Enter-QA@Com
