Question: I turned in a letter of resignation to my boss on Friday!.!.!.!?
!.!.!.he then forwarded it to our site director!. I just got out of a meeting with him and he asked me to stay!. he said if there was anything he could do to change my mind I should just let him know!. I have been unhappy at this company for a while!.
Even though I am unhappy, a bigger salary my convince me to hang in there!. He never mentioned a salary increase in our little meeting!. If there IS one thing he could do, he could give me a raise!. How do I go about telling him that in order for me to stay, I want a raise!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

Just say that you're looking for a job with a bit more of an income because you've been making the same amount for however many years!. If he can give a decent enough raise, you'll reconsider!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
