Bill you forgot to define hotness, remember hotness is in the hand of the beholder!. As for myself I check out the thumbs up and then I check out the profiles of the respondents!. The profile that makes me laugh usually gets my BA!. If neither make me laugh I give it to the person with the least BAs for they are neediest!.

If it's really a tie, why not look to see who needs the encouragement of a BA the most!?!?!?
