To beat the system you have to do a little lateral thinking, no I do not mean laying on your back doing it!.
The censor who stops you using swear words can only read the words that are written in English or American but if you write in Rubbish you can swear like crazy and no starring out!.
For instance phuk, bollox, cnut, ar$eholes are the most used swear words followed by p!ss, sh!t, t!ts and pu$$y!. You will find no starring out because they don't make sense!.

two reasons!.!.!.
1) It's kinda fun trying to think 'out of the box(!)', trying to find cretive ways of driving the point home (!)!.
2) if there was NO restriction, (and this being the internet) things would pretty soon sink to a standard where it would be pretty much unusable for most decent people!. There are some pretty nasssty things and ideas and people out there in the unrestricted sections of the internet, and I don't really want to swim in those waters too often!
Sorry for what seems like a fairly boring answer! (I'd like more freedom/leeway than we have now!.!.!. I'd make a superb moderator actually!!!.!.!. avatar games, a bit more swearing that currently allowed!.!.!. but I think I'd want some rules!.!.!.
Oh and a better and faired violation system than current!.
