This week, we've had the warmest weather we've had for some time - warmer than the south of France etc - and people are STILL out on the slopes!.
However they are ridiculously drunk and only THINK they are skiing!.

For the weather to be SNOWING,
the temperature degree has to be lower (- minus degree Celsius -) than the cold rain temperatures,
or just the middle or in between temperatures just below 10 degree Celsius to 0 or more below!.!.!.
