I used to use both, but since I got busy with schoolwork I stopped using conditioner!. Shampoo is for cleaning the head and hair, while conditioner is to give the hair some quality!. I cared more about my health and my schoolwork rather than appearance so I ditched the conditioner and use shampoo only :)Www@Enter-QA@Com
