it depends on if you are friends or not!. if you are texting someone you just think is cute, ask to hang, go for coffee etc!. If you are texting a friend, don't, tell them in person that you like them, don't blurt out that you are in love or you really like them unless they say they like you too, otherwise it will be really awkward between the two of you, and this person will probably not want to hang around alone with you for a while!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
