well i think we all are looking for inner peace! What we tend to forget is that the inner peace resides with in us!
also i strongly believe that !.!. we should not bottle up our feelings!.!. etc !. if tears are begging to "go" out of the eyes !.!. they should be thrown!. And similarly if the lips cannot resist the curve!.!.!. the smile !.!. it should not be resisted!.
