I hope I'm not giving anything away here, but a scatter-gun firing the newly-developed formula for a broken-glass/protein mush infected with live Yersinia pestis bacilli would seem to be a convenient, relatively bloodless, killing tool!.
However, we also hope to have trained a further hundred or so suicide plague-carriers by year's end!. Another excellent 21st century killing tool!. It is anticipated that in the early stages of the campaign as many will die in the ensuing panic as from the disease itself!. Certain government agencies have already been made aware of this and have taken precautions to protect themselves!.
