I usually go to sleep when I get sleepy!. Never know when that will be!. I am a restless sleeper, my covers are never on the floor - they are generally wrapped around my husband like a mummy cover!. My mattress is never bare, we have sheet holders to keep that from happening!. My hair is always messy after I sleep!. But usually NOT from how I sleep!. It is from other bedtime activities!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I usually go to bed around 1!.30 am and wake up at 6!.45!. My doctor keeps telling me I should rest more because five hours of sleep aren't enough for a teenager but I don't feel tired at all during the day!. I just have too many things to do, I can't spend my life in bed!.!.!. and as long as my body doesn't collapse I'm not going to change my habits!. Hope it won't be too late ouch!

I'm not too bad!. I have short hair now, though, and when I wake up for some reason it is standing straight up!. Looks good when I take the granddaughter to the bus stop! :o)Www@Enter-QA@Com
