There are a lot of bad ones out there, I think the one that gets the most hype, but absolutely sucks is Lost!.
In terms of the best I am a fan of anything on Discovery or HIstory Channel, but if you are looking for a Network Primetime show I would say Criminal Minds is the best!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

The worst is anything on MTV, or any of those Bachelor-type shows!. They tape over a course of, what, 6 weeks!? And by the end they're saying they love the person!? Oh, please!.
