Unless you coat it or fry it (which is bad for you) chicken is tough to cook and cook just right!. You want to cook it enough so that it is still moist yet isn't going to give you salmonella yet not so much that it gets dry, and a few minutes can make that difference!.

Suggest to her alternate forms of cooking it like mixed with rice, or coated with bread crumbs!. Give her support mixed with constructive (not insulting) criticism!.
