Tough dilemma!. How much money!? I probably would leave a note with a number and have them call me and ask if they lost anything!. If they couldn't say what it was I would keep it!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
i know nobody will believe me, but i would try to find the owner!. this happened to me before!. i have found money in stores, malls, etc!. once i found money in school and questioned the class of 50 kids (i was 13) and returned it to the owner!. she didnt even say thank you!.
i do this is because the world needs some extra kindness and i also have enough to answer for one day to God, i dont need thievery hanging over my head in addition to my other sins!.

Write down the plate!. Then, I would contact the police department to run the tag and find the owner!. After the owner contacts me, I would have them tell me approximately how much money was in the bag!. If they're in the ballpark, then I will turn it over to them!. If not, lucky me!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
Why wouldn't my car be in the parking lot that I'm walking through!? I would look around to see if anyone was around, then take it!. Being honest!. If someone as nearby, I would ask them if it was their car, to be fair, and if not, I would take the money!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
See if I can track that person down and ask if they recently lost anything!. I wouldn't say what, but if they said "yes, I lost an envelope fulla cash", I'd ask how much cash and if they had the right answer, I'd return it!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
If I am standing in a parking lot that only has one car in it, chances are it's my car there for the money would have to be mine if it is the only car in the lot :)Www@Enter-QA@Com
