I would say yes!. Ultimately the point behind not having relations with family members (incest) is to prevent genetic defects!. If you study the family lines of numerous British royalty you notice that inbred children are much more likely to develope defects and diseases such as hemophilia!. Each person is made up of two sets of chromosomes!. When you have parents from two different families, the gene pool is greater and the chances of inheriting a genetic disease, such a hemophilia, etc!. is less!.
However, If you have a baby with someone with the same set of genes as you, then there is a high chance that the baby will have both 'bad' genes enabling them to get a genetic disease and no 'good' gene to resist it!.
If you get a partner from another family, then it is very unlikely that he / she will have this bad gene (he/she may have another bad gene, but your good gene will counteract it)!. But within a family, the risks are much higher for this genetic reason!.
