Okay!.!.!. so I share something someone told me (that person shared what a horrible boss she has and different stuff that he does) When I got back to my work!.!.!. and I share it with my coworker!.!.!. and now a few weeks later she told the person that the other person was talking crap about them!.!.!. now I getting swept into!.!.!. it!.!.!.

Keep quiet unless asked to privately interview with the person of whom the gossip was about!. If asked anything, try to NOT disclose your source, but do stick to facts and do say that it was a poor decision on your part and you apologize for any pain that it caused, you learned your lesson, and you will not do it again!.
Had that happen also at place where I worked, but I approached it differently!. Lost a friend over it, but it really was for the good because she was not being nice and spreading lies about another gal!. She just didn't like getting caught!. So, the source of this gossip will be very unhappy if or when their name gets disclosed!. Expect to shoulder some of the blame!.
That is why you find someone OUTSIDE of work to discuss such things if you feel that you are about to BURST if you don't tell someone!. A diary can help there, too!. Keep it locked up, though!
