Do you find it harder to sleep when you are worrying about how much sleep you!


Question: Do you find it harder to sleep when you are worrying about how much sleep you're getting!?
Is sleep one of those things that, as soon as you think consciously about doing it, the harder it becomes to do!?
I'm finding that it is!.!.!.!

Yes! especially since I am working nights right now, I think about it constantly, and tell myself how I only have a few hours to try to take a nap!.!.!.
How to not think about it!.!. hmm thats hard!.!.!. take a nice shower before sleeping or napping, concentrate more on relaxing your body and mind rather than telling yourself to fall asleep!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I agree with you!. It's like a hamster on a wheel, it just goes in circles forever!.
Try to think about how relaxed you are, and try to actually relax your body from the toes on up!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

ugggg!.!.!.yes! I'll think about it and panic by constantly checking the clock!. When I finally do fall alseep (into a real deep sleep) the alarm goes off and it's time to get up :(
