Question: If a person owns a piece of land do they own it all the way down to the core of the earth!?
Answers:
Unless the land deed specifies it, then no!. Usually land deeds only give you land rights to a certain depth, with the remainder of the land underneath initially owned by the state, and then sold to other private individuals, local governments or private businesses for retention and development!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
