If they were friends, I'd likely know what the deal was anyway, and they'd know that I don't really care for the whole gender-bending thing!. They'd know in particular that I'm not *terribly* fond of the masculine/boyish side of the equation!.!.!. o_o
But in general, it's their lives, not mine!. I'm not one to judge!. I'm not exactly Mr!. Manly Man of Mantopia myself!. I did grow up under a single mother and three sisters!. Take that as you will!. ^_^
Besides!.!.!.!.if you do any search on "primate psychology" one of the things you learn quickly is that gender is as much a social thing as it is physical!. That in particular there are Full (alpha) males and standard (sub) males, and likewise with the females, both full females and standard ones!. Hormones and social status can mix in a lot of ways!. And this doesn't even count things like the health effects of pollution!.!.!.!.
Point is, it's not 1948!. If you want to be *fully* engaged in a traditional gender role, that's your choice!.!.!.!.!.and likewise if you don't!. ^_^ It usually works out anyway!.

I admire androgynous people, because they don't feel the need to conform!. They are different to society, but true to themselves, and know what they need and want!. They have their personality figured out and their likes and dislikes also figured out (or mostly)!. If I felt like I needed to be androgynous, I probably wouldn't because I'd be too scared!.
