Today I noticed a female coworker had a small mustache!. Before she left today, I gave her coupons for shaving cream, wax cream and a razor!. It was 2-3 cm long and I was afraid it would hurt my business!.

There are better ways to of handled this situation if you were concerned about your business!. For example, pull her aside and say "I don't mean to be rude, but I have some concerns about your professional appearance!. Have you ever considered getting a facial!? They are fantastic! You are a valued employee here and I wouldn't have said anything if you weren't!."

It was an extremely bold thing to do!.!.!.And yes it was rude!.!.!.But if her mustache was that long, she should have had enough sense to do something about it! So I would say that you did the right thing!
