Question: Losing weight question for girls only!!?
Last year when I was 13 and 5'4, I was 107 pounds!. How can I get back to that weight fast!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

It depends how much you want to lose!.!.!.!.Losing a lot of weight quickly is really bad for you!.

If you want to lose weight right DONT GO ON A CRAZY DIET (once you're done the weights back)

-Eat healthier foods (more fruits and veggies)
-Drink water, milk, and fruit juices -NOT POP! Pop makes you gain weight especially around the stomach
-Go to a gym, join a sport team, or go outside to excercise (Jog, ride your bike, dance!.!.!.etc!.!.!.)Www@Enter-QA@Com

Well I am 4'11 and I lost 10 pounds in like a matter of weeks easy!.

I am a vegetarian which helps a lot with weight!.
I dont eat very much but I still eat, i try to eat healthy foods but I occationally eat junk food =]
whatever you do DO NOT stop eating, that makes you weigh more then you do!.
Just try to cut down on meat and the sugary snacks and go for walks and/or bike rides at least once a day!.

Honey, the older you get, you are going to gain some weight!. Stop obsessing!. I'm sure you look incredibly thin!.

Edit: Honey, 130 at 5'5" is pretty damn good!. See me in that picture!? I'm 5'6"!. Add 115lbs to what you weigh and that's me!. I used to be over 300lbs though!. I did manage to get down to 203!.5 in under a year without surgery!. However, I sprained my knee last summer and gained some back and I'm losing it again, slowly!. Just get back into an exercise routine and tone up!.

It's important to know that numbers are not the most important thing!. You want to look at body fat percentage!. The best thing is to find what diet works for you, and exercise regularly and consistently or all will eventually just go down the drain!. okay!.!.it goes like this!.!.at 5` you should be at least 100lbs!.!. 4 every inch you have you should be 5lbs heavier!.!.!.so honey!.!.youre underweight!.!.
and youre only 14 years old!.!.you are at the verge of growth and development!.!.you can exercise but i dont think extensive dieting is needed at your age because your body needs extra nutrients for it to develop the whole you!.

cut soda/pop out of your diet COMPLETELY! also, drink TONS of water and lots of fruits/vegetables/whole-grain foods!. also, drinking green tea alot helps speed up your metabolism!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
