When I'm bored out of my mind, I txt or call my best friend!. She's like my sister and we can always make each other laugh!. Even talking to her or txtn her for a few minutes picks me up!. Then I can at least get up off my bum and find something to do!. Clean, write a letter to an aunt or a grandmother!. Take the dog for a walk!. Sometimes, I put on my music and lay on my bed and just chill out!. (that's one of my favorite things to do)
