It would have to be extremely harsh criticism to make me cry!. If I cry, it's usually out of frustration!.
Criticism almost always puts me on the defensive though!. I have to bite my tongue to let them say their piece without jumping in to try to justify myself!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Actually, most of the time it makes me laugh because the idiot giving me their two cents' worth doesn't know what they're talking about and, in trying to "correct" me, their ignorance becomes even more easily apparent!
If it's constructive criticism from someone knowledgeable, then it's always welcome!. If it's petty stuff (like a certain TC that I could name who thinks he knows EVERTHING) then I do get mad!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
