Question: Why are kids so spoiled!?
I know I myself is a kid but people in my school have all these guitar hero, mp3 players, ipods, cell phones, and nintendo ds!. I mean why would they want to spend all that money on toys!? shouldn't you spend them on food!? My dad always tell me that kids spend all that money on their parents money and they don't know what it feels like making the money!. And he also said then kids grow up and realized money is hard to make do you he's right!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

one reason is because parents give their children just about everything they ask for at any time!. Kids are so busy with school and extra activities that they don't have time for jobs to earn money to buy things for themselves!. You dad is right kids don't realize just how hard it is to make a dollar and it is just getting harder!. I think when you make the money yourself you don't seem to be quit as need for everything new thing that comes out on the market!. Stay in school, go to college and get a good job!. it's not just the idea of where the money come from!. it's more of the education that teaches them the value of money!. why are kids spoiled!? PARENTS fault!. my mum agrees to it that it's completely parents fault when it comes to this!. it's great that you're not like one of them!. i get irritated too when i see my cousin having a cellphone, changing it every year since he's 5-year-old!. if the parents failed to let them see "one man's extra is a million man's necessity" it's just gonna screw them up!. but just like what i've learnt in sociology and cross culture!.!.!. every generation swings like the weight of the grandfather's clock!.!.!. from one extreme to the other!. grandma's generation was so poor that they had only potatoes and only got 3 eggs to be shared amongst 7 siblings during special occasions, hardly gave their kids anything!. Followed by our parents' generation - the baby bloomers that swung to the extreme economic growth and gave their kids EVERYTHING!. After these brads grow older and finish with sucking their parents sweat and blood money, they'd then cherish money and they'd end up giving their kids nothing again!.!.!. the cycle goes on!.!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
He is right! It is somewhat the parent's fault for not disciplining their child!. Here's how it works: the child gets anything they want, they keep getting their parents to give em stuff, they grow and realize their parents arent their to give them every little think, the end! Because parents nowadays would rather just give their kids what they want so they shut up and go away rather then have to deal and put up with them!. So wrong!. I would equally distribute the blame, because kids can know better and try to rise above!. They don't have to give in!. And the parents just enable the kids and teach them that everything in life should just be handed to them!. Like a given!. My sister is a prime example!. She is 14 and gets everything she wants and more!. By the time I was 14 I had a job and was paying for everything I wanted!. But my sister, they give her everything and anything she asks for!. No matter how much it costs!. She will never learn the value of a dollar or what hard work is!. Which is so sad to me because she will never truly find happiness or satisfaction in life!. Awesome question there!. Kids seldom think of the future!. I was just as guilty!. I was one of the first in my class to get a job!. I had a passion for music, was the music manager at my job, I worked there for 6 yrs, and would take home an average of 10 Cd's @ $18 a pop home every week!. Looking back, the money wasted on that, would have made for a pretty decent car, or a down payment on a house!. All I have to show for it is a HUGE dusty collection of Cd's I don't even listen to anymore!. I had no savings when I left home!. I had to sell all the stuff I had collected to furnish a house, just to fill up my piece of crap car, in order to move out of state and begin all over again!. Kids need to plan for the future!. every single decision they make today effects their future in huge ways and it takes years to catch up if ever!. If i would have learned the value of money then, I would be in much better shape today!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
kids are terribly spoiled these days!. it really is something to worry about!. im a substitute teacher and kids are just very lazy, they are so used to having everything hand fed to them that they have no desire to accomplish anything on there own!. its rediculous!. parents really need picutre how there kids will be int he future and try to save them before its too late!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

yea!. Parents are just spoling some kids without realizing it!. Probably, they want us to live a more comfortable life than they did!. And yes he is right!. We keep using all their hard-earned money, except some exceptions are good enough to not want the money and work or something!. Others tend o think they are rich and want more money!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
ur dad is absolutely right!. I do admit I have spoiled my kids with things I never had growing up as a child (computers, cell phones, etc!.) but they have to earn it!. I don't just give things like that to them!. I don't mind doing things for my daughter b/c she's an honors student and she's very trustworthy!. My son is another story!. Kids are spoiled because their parents have no self control!. Because their parents cant say NO and mean NO and stick by NO!.!.!. if they are weak!.!.!. a persistant child can crack them and the parent will give into the child just to get him/her to shut up!! i am also a kid, but the only things i own that are REALLY mine are my i-pod, nintendo SP!.
i dont have a nintendo DS, or a cellphone, or a guitar hero, or anything else!.

He is right!. Partially to blame is the fact that most parents want to be a friend to their child instead of a parent!. Being a parent means having to say no to your child when they ask for all this crap!. I grew up with not a whole lot, and I was happy!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

i am growing up as a freshman in high school and i do have alot of that stuff but i hate people who shop at abercrombie and hollister and judge people who dont!. ( even though i do own a few shirts from each, but i recieved them from people as gifts!)Www@Enter-QA@Com
