It drives hell into me, because after all, it's us as customers who are keeping these people in a job, and half the time they're not even interested in serving you!. Get a job somewhere else if you can't be bothered to do it properly!. Manners cost nothing, and some of these people are plain ignorant!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
In such a case, i would sit by their side giving them my ear, participating in their conversation, making comments, agreeing or not!. Since they tell you you disturb them, well, disturb them for good reason!.

i work part time in a shop and the amount of customers who expect to be served whilst on their mobile amazes me,no please or thank you,just continuing with their conversation which isn't all that important!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
