Excellent question, which I'm afraid I can't answer!. Two other water-related questions spring to mind though!. Why is my water metered when it is 're-cycled'!? And if the Government are so concerned about water shortage all properties that are sold have compulsory meters fitted, why are they allowing so many extra people into the country!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

perhaps because we in this country use 100 times the water every day that people in places like Tanzania do!. Because we waste more water running the tap whilst brushing our teeth than these people do!? Because we are so used to being able to just turn on a tap and get as much clean water as we need that we completely take it for granted rather than appreciate it as people in water-poor countries do!?Www@Enter-QA@Com
