Why do people do this, i was taking the dog for a walk round the park today when some disgusting little man walks past me and spits on the floor, missing my foot by about 7cm! he even ignored the look of horror on my face, by law i should have the right to lob the dogs ball at the back of his head!

My stepson who is 10 does this!. My husband corrects him to no avail!. He says it's a habit and he can't stop!. It's annoying!.
I try to not walk near him!. I try not to notice other people doing it!. I haven't seen anyone!.
