i don't!. i am aware of the effect of using alcohol or drugs!. It may hurt my body's functions!.
*simple advice for people who needs help to lose senses:
find the root of the problem, probably stress or worries, find solution to tackle the problem!. Relying on alcohol or drugs just may not be the best way!.
