Question: My brother keeps having nightmares!. !. !.help!!?
My twin brother keeps waking up at night crying because he has really bad nightmares!. We share a room (don't ask) so I usually wake up too when I hear him crying!. I usually get up and hold him and tell him everything's okay, and after that he's fine, but he's afraid to go back to sleep!. He says that all he can remember from his dreams is being in really bad pain!. This has been going on for several months and it usually happens three-five nights a week!. I’m really worried about him!. Our mom doesn’t know about it because he begged me to not tell her!. What is wrong with him!? He doesn’t have any medical problems and nothing happened in the past that might be haunting him now!. I want to help him any way I can!. Does anyone know what might be wrong with him!? He won’t go to the doctor so I’m asking here!. !. !.Www@Enter-QA@Com
