Question: What is this that washed up on the beach (see pictures)!?
It seems to have concrete on the back and thus is fairly heavy!. It is about 1 foot by 1 1/2 feet perhaps and is made of a metal I think!.

its just an old coal chute door from a basement foundation!. back in the day people and businesses heated with coal!. a little metal door just above ground in the foundation could be opened for coal to be shoveled in!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
