How often does your Manager/Supervisor say "thank you" for a job well !
Question: How often does your Manager/Supervisor say "thank you" for a job well done!?
I'm a Manager and I try to go out of my way to show employees my appreciation when they do good!. It seems like all they hear about is bad news otherwise!. It also makes me feel good knowing they feel good about themselves!. It's amazing the smiles just a simple thank you can bring!. Anyone else either do this or have a Manager that does!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

I have 2 different managers that are in charge on different days of the week!.
I have heard things like that from each of them every time I worked with them recently!. That would be 4 times in the past week!. I work 4 days a week, so that's one, "good job", "thank you", or other form of appreciation for every day I worked!.
One of the managers, She's a woman recently came to my shift (overnight) and the guy she replaced went to days!.
She also complemented the whole overnight crew as having great teamwork and being an awesome crew, at one of the meetings!. We start every shift with a meeting!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I wish that my manager would say thank you for a job well done!. I strip and wax floors at work and when I am done with the floor it looks like a brand new floor and it looks all nice and shiny!. I get a thank you from mangers in the department that I am doing their floor, but as for my manager he hardly ever tells me!. There needs to be more managers out there like you!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
Omg, my boss is so amazingly nice, she tells me "Sam, you're doing a nice job" "keep up the great work Sam" and stuff like that all of the time!. It really motivates me and keeps my mood up!.
