I guess you could just sit there with no TV or music on, but your body would still be doing whatever it does!. You would still be able to see and hear, so you'd still be looking and listening, therefor, NO I don't think it is possible to literally do nothing!.
also when someone says they are bored I think that shows a lack of creativity, and it's just being lazy, not using your intelligence to think of something to do, like writing a poem, drawing a picture, or even just sitting in peaceful contemplation of the world around you!.
