You need to buy some shock treatment!. You can get it at Walmart, Lowe's and other stores!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

The green is from the presence of algae in the water!. Increase the chlorination to superchlorination levels to kill the algae, then reduce to normal levels!.

HTH tablets with 95% fee chlorine are usually best for this placed in the scupper basket!.

also ensure filters are operating correctly and are backwashed regularly!.

You need to make sure 1st all your equipment is working!. Then do you have all your chemicals in!. Do you have a water tester!.!.to make sure all levels are correct!. Very easy to use!.!.!.the directions are right there!. Green sounds like you have not been making sure your pool is properly maintained with all it's chemicals!. also did you know a pool that is dirty causes ear aches!.!.!.eye infections etc!. etc!. You also may want to call a pool company!.!.!.ask a neighbor !.!.a referral is best!.!.!.so you r not over charged and have your pool not only checked but let them do all the chemicals and watch so you learn!. You will save alot of money of you can take care of your pool!. But if equipment is not working, then it must be replaced!.
