I prefer Verizon!. Our company has many different providers of cellular service, and I have found, based on my phone calls to the vendors, that Verizon has been very helpful, and does not screw up the billing!. Lately we have had billing issues with Sprint/Nextel, I believe this is due to their merge with Nextel!. AT&T was having problems due to their merge a few years back, however, still have not been able to clear up all the issues!. We have asked them to merge several AT&T accounts into one billing, this has been going on for over 6 months!. They can't seem to transfer the lines doesn't seem that hard to do!. For some reason the representatives we have with this company seem to come and go very quickly, the retainment rate of AT&T employee's is not good!. We have a rep for Verizon who has been with us for over two years!.
I understand however, in some parts of the mid-west Sprint seems to be the biggest provider, and that makes perfect sense!. But here is California, the best provider I have found is "Verizon"!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

(live in a major east coast city) and their customer service SUCKS!

i have tmobile and i really like it!. i get service everywhere! i had verizon and it was more expensive than tmobile thats why i switched!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
I Have acounts with AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon and all the phone we have are samsung!. But i prefer T-Mobile!. I have not have a problem with them!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
