If you can find linden tree's or accacia tree' s honey, they are delicious!. Honey made by flowers (only flowers) is very very sweet, honey made of pine is better I think!. You can take it into your coffee instead of sugar, you can aput into fruit salad, you can eat with biscuits or bran bread!. You can mix with walnut or peanut (natural not salty) And if you think you will have a flue you can eat a spoon of honey by mixing with black pepper!.
